Jeep® is returning with Camp Jeep®, a unique, interactive, off-road experience, to consumers attending the 2014 Miami International Auto Show, November 7-16, at the Miami Beach Convention Center. Demonstrating legendary 4x4 capabilities of Jeep vehicles, trained instructors will drive participants over a variety of surfaces such as steep grades, rocky trails and log crossings. Product specialists will chauffeur participants in the newest Jeep models. Camp Jeep will be open during regular show hours during the 10-day show.
Take the steepest climb found on Miami Beach! At Camp Jeep, ride the biggest inclines you’ll find outside of a parking garage. You’ll take a rough and tumble tour that shows you what a Jeep is really capable of doing. It’s a jungle trek right on the grounds of the Auto Show.

Camp Jeep is a thrilling five-minute interactive adventure zone that pairs professional 4x4 drivers with riders. Passengers can experience the full capabilities of Jeep models including the Jeep Wrangler Unlimited, Jeep Grand Cherokee, Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk, Jeep Compass and Patriot as drivers demonstrate how to drive safely on off-road terrain. Guests sit shotgun and climb the eye-catching 18-ft high, 35 degree Jeep Mountain-the icon of the ride.
The course will be comprised of several obstacles that simulate some of the rigorous testing that Jeep vehicles endure before customers get behind the wheel. This provides joyriders a first-hand look at the capability standards of Jeep vehicles for Ground Clearance, Traction, Stability, Articulation and Suspension.
Camp Jeep will be open during all hours of press and public at the Miami International Auto Show and any additional media requests beginning November 7. Participating riders will be automatically entered into the Chrysler Group National Giveaway for a change to win $45,000 toward any eligible Chrysler Group vehicle and receive a souvenir e-Photo of their ride.
